 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MODEL WITH PURPOSE KIDS PROGRAM
By enrolling in the Model With Purpose Kids Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Model With Purpose Kids Program is a self-paced educational training program designed to help
children and parents learn how to pursue modeling while maintaining Christian values.
The Program consists of five (5) training modules released over a five-week period. One module is released
each week to encourage implementation and progress.
Participants who wish to move faster may request accelerated access by emailing
support@christianmodels.org. Accelerated access is granted at the sole discretion of Christian Models
Association ("CMA").

 

2. PROGRAM DELIVERABLES
Upon enrollment, participants receive:
• Access to the five-module Model With Purpose Kids Program
• Weekly module releases
• Access to curriculum and training materials
• Access to comment-section support within the training platform
• Opportunity to submit materials for consideration in Model With Purpose Magazine
• Certificate of Completion upon satisfying all program and payment requirements

The Program does not include live coaching calls, one-on-one coaching, guaranteed modeling
contracts, guaranteed agency representation, guaranteed paid bookings, guaranteed social media
growth, guaranteed employment opportunities, or guaranteed income.
Optional products, services, communities, coaching, memberships, and Facebook groups may be
offered separately and are not included unless expressly stated.

 

3. PAYMENT TERMS

The retail value of the Model With Purpose Kids Program is $1,999.
Promotional pricing may be offered from time to time.
Current enrollment options may include:


• One-time payment of $497
• Three (3) monthly payments of $197
• Seven (7) monthly payments of $97


The enrollment price selected at checkout shall be the participant's agreed-upon purchase price.
Participants enrolled in a payment plan may pay off their remaining balance within thirty (30) days of
enrollment and convert to the $497 paid-in-full promotional rate.
To exercise this option, participants must email support@christianmodels.org within thirty (30) days of
enrollment.
After thirty (30) days, participants remain responsible for all remaining scheduled payments under their
selected payment plan.
By selecting a payment plan, participants authorize CMA to process scheduled payments associated with
the selected payment option.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of program access, publication opportunities,
certificates, bonuses, and other program benefits until the account is brought current.

 

4. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must:
• Complete all required modules
• Complete required assignments
• Satisfy all payment obligations
Certificates will not be issued to participants with outstanding balances.

 

5. MODEL WITH PURPOSE MAGAZINE PUBLICATION GUARANTEE

CMA is committed to helping participants become publication-ready.
To qualify for the Model With Purpose Magazine Publication Guarantee, participants must:
• Complete the Program
• Submit all required materials
• Follow Program instructions
• Implement feedback and revision requests
• Submit photos and materials that meet publication standards
• Remain current on all payment obligations
Completion of the Program alone does not satisfy the Publication Guarantee.
If submitted materials require improvements, corrections, or resubmissions, CMA will provide guidance
and an opportunity to correct those items.
Publication decisions remain subject to editorial standards, content guidelines, production schedules,
magazine deadlines, available space, and photo quality requirements.
If a participant fully satisfies all Publication Guarantee requirements and CMA is unable to publish the
participant in an upcoming issue of Model With Purpose Magazine, CMA may either:
(a) Continue working with the participant toward publication in the next available issue; or
(b) Issue a refund of amounts paid;
based upon the participant's circumstances, publication timeline, and magazine production schedule.

 

6. REFUND POLICY

The Publication Guarantee described above is the sole refund policy offered by CMA.
Because participants receive immediate access to proprietary curriculum, training materials, educational
content, systems, and intellectual property upon enrollment, refunds are not available for reasons including,
but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Lack of time
• Family emergencies
• Scheduling conflicts
• Child losing interest
• Failure to participate
• Failure to complete assignments
• Failure to submit materials
• Personal expectations not expressly promised by CMA
• Financial hardship
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@christianmodels.org.

7. PUBLICATION STANDARDS
Submission of photos or materials does not guarantee publication.
CMA may request revisions, corrections, resubmissions, additional photos, updated materials, or
additional information before publication consideration.
All publication decisions remain at the sole discretion of CMA.


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials, videos, curriculum, worksheets, templates, training systems, graphics, content,
and resources are the exclusive property of CMA.
Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, record, publish, transfer, or commercially
use Program materials without written permission.


9. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Participants agree to contact support@christianmodels.org and allow CMA a reasonable opportunity
to address concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, CMA may immediately suspend or terminate access to
Program materials, publication opportunities, certificates, bonuses, and related services.

 

10. EARNINGS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

CMA does not guarantee modeling contracts, agency representation, paid bookings, social media growth,
employment opportunities, income, or specific career outcomes.
Individual results vary based on effort, participation, quality of submissions, responsiveness to feedback, and
factors outside CMA's control.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMA's total liability shall not exceed the amount actually
paid by the participant for the Program.
Under no circumstances shall CMA be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special
damages.


12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.

 

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally through
support@christianmodels.org.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in California.


14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.


15. APPLICABLE TERMS
The pricing, payment plans, promotions, guarantees, bonuses, and Terms applicable to each
participant shall be those in effect on the participant's date of enrollment.
Future promotions, pricing structures, guarantees, bonuses, benefits, or Program offerings shall not
apply retroactively unless expressly stated in writing.


16. COMPANY RIGHTS
CMA reserves the right to update, improve, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any aspect of the
Program, curriculum, platform, policies, pricing, guarantees, bonuses, or services at any time

 

17. ACCEPTANCE
By enrolling in the Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to
these Terms & Conditions.
