MODEL WITH PURPOSE PROGRAM
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Model With Purpose Program ("Program"), you
agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not purchase or participate in the Program.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Model With Purpose Program is a faith-based modeling education and coaching program designed to
help women pursue modeling opportunities while maintaining Christian values.
Program enrollment may include:
• Five (5) weeks of training released week-by-week
• Access to live coaching calls
• Access to the private Model With Purpose Facebook community
• Educational materials and resources
• Faith-based coaching and support
• Publication opportunity in Model With Purpose Magazine
NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC RESULTS
Every participant's experience is different.
While CMA provides education, coaching, resources, and support, CMA does not guarantee:
• Modeling jobs
• Agency representation
• Paid bookings
• Brand partnerships
• Social media growth
• Followers or engagement
• Magazine covers
• Income or earnings
• Fame, exposure, or recognition
• Commercial success
Results depend on many factors outside CMA's control, including effort, consistency, professionalism,
experience, location, market demand, and personal circumstances.
MODEL WITH PURPOSE PUBLICATION GUARANTEE
We are confident in our proven blueprint and offer our Model With Purpose Publication Guarantee.
Complete the Program. Follow the blueprint. Get published.
Participants who complete the Program, follow the training, implement the guidance provided, and submit
materials that meet CMA publication standards are guaranteed publication in Model With Purpose
Magazine.
Participants are responsible for submitting photographs, information, and other materials that are accurate,
appropriate, and of sufficient quality for publication. Christian Models Association reserves the right to
request updated photos, revised submissions, additional information, or corrections when necessary to
meet publication standards.
Publication may occur in a future issue based on editorial schedules and production timelines.
If a participant fully completes the Program requirements and is not published in Model With Purpose
Magazine, the participant may request a refund review by contacting support@christianmodels.org.
The Company reserves the right to verify Program completion before approving any refund request.
FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
The Model With Purpose Program has a retail value of up to $1,997.
Promotional pricing may be offered from time to time.
Enrollment options may include:
• $497 paid in full
• $197 payment plan
• $97 payment plan
• $47 payment plan
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
EARLY PAYOFF OPTION
Participants enrolled in the $197, $97, or $47 payment plans may pay off their remaining balance within
thirty (30) days of enrollment and have their total Program investment adjusted to the current paid-in-full
price of $497.
To request an early payoff, contact support@christianmodels.org within thirty (30) days of enrollment.
After thirty (30) days, the original payment plan terms remain in effect.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize CMA to charge the payment method provided according to the
payment schedule selected at checkout.
Payment obligations remain valid regardless of:
• Participation level
• Schedule conflicts
• Personal circumstances
• Financial hardship
• Family situations
• Relocation
• Employment changes
• Change of mind
REFUND POLICY
Because immediate access is provided to proprietary training materials, coaching resources, community
access, and digital content, all sales are final.
Refunds will not be granted due to:
• Change of mind
• Lack of participation
• Failure to attend coaching calls
• Failure to utilize support resources
• Schedule conflicts
• Family circumstances
• Medical circumstances
• Financial hardship
• Job loss
• Relocation
• Personal emergencies
• The participant deciding she is no longer interested
• The Program not being what the participant expected
The only exception is the Model With Purpose Publication Guarantee described above.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully within coaching calls, Facebook groups, and all CMA
communities.
CMA reserves the right to remove participants who engage in harassment, abusive conduct, disruption, or
violations of community standards.
Removal from the Program does not entitle a participant to a refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials remain the property of Christian Models Association.
Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, record, or republish Program content without
written permission.
Program access is limited to the enrolled participant only.
Sharing login credentials or Program access may result in immediate termination without refund.
DISCLAIMER
The Program is educational in nature.
Nothing contained within the Program constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or
professional advice.
Participants should consult appropriate licensed professionals regarding personal, legal, medical, financial, or mental health matters.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christian Models Association shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.
The maximum liability of Christian Models Association shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the
participant for Program enrollment.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If a participant initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through a bank, credit card company, or
payment processor:
• Program access will be immediately revoked
• Facebook group access will be terminated
• Coaching access will be terminated
• Bonuses will be forfeited
• Future enrollment may be denied
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
